I'm a 3rd generation baker...It began in 1968 my grandfather George, my father Jim Premock and uncle George purchased "Cramer's Bakery".     

A successful full-service bakery that made product from scratch and that was known for the "Fruit Basket Cake".

Why the name "The Baker's Daughter"? It's something I hear on a daily basis from my husband, who's my best friend, high school sweetheart, first love and only love! Maybe this is how I got to his heart was through his tummy?

Success is because...of my father! My dad showed me the way early in life that you must work for yourself, have a great product, be proud of the product and be loved by all!  My dad was a joy to hang out with and work with, he was admired by all and is missed greatly!
